- 1 (One) grapefruit.
- 4 (Four) carrots (chopped).
- 1 (One) chopped ginger.
- 2 (Two) table-spoons of lemon juice

1. Peel the grapefruit and cut in segements.
2. Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
3. put all the ingredients into food processor;
4. Add the lemon juice and peel the ginger.
4. Blender for 3 to 4 minutes without adding sugar and blend until they are very well combined.
