The topic of pimples on buttocks is typically a reasonably embarrassing talk for many individuals. I used to get pretty red in the face when talking about pimples on buttock, but since I've been able to cure my problem, it's no longer a big deal since I just want to be able to help people out. If you have butt acne and you've been trying to find a way to cure it or remove pimples on your butt, then here are 3 tips that will help you out.
- Change your sheets - this can be very simple to try to do and it helps out plenty. You are in bed every single night and your body oils get into the sheets and build up fast. Then when you're back in bed these same oils creep back into your pores, creating pimples on your buttocks.
- Wash your clothes - same concept as with the sheets. Your clothes will accumulate body oils the same way, so don't wear clothes more than once without washing them. Also, pimples on buttocks are formed faster when clothing is tight and rubs against your skin. I'd recommend boxers since they are looser.
- Shower daily - again, very basic, but necessary. Showering will cleanse your body of bacteria, sweat, and oils that create the pimples on butt. It also doesn't hurt to use a body cleanser, specifically one that is oil-free. You don't need anything fancy, products from the department store are fine.
These 3 things are actually enough to significantly help with all kinds of pimples on buttocks - itchy pimples on buttocks, red pimples on buttocks, and painful pimples on buttocks. Keep in mind though that the pores on your butt are different than pores on your face; they are deeper which allows for more bacteria. This fact alone makes it more difficult to get rid of butt pimples, but not impossible. Just keep the steps in mind and allow enough time for your body to heal itself.
